Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit or a refund (see details below).
Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to start a return.

Anything submitted outside the 30 day window will be automatically rejected.
Final Sale Items

All items marked “Sale” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please submit a return for the original item and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
Use our Return Portal to submit your return.
Returns must be approved through the portal before sending anything back.
Condition Requirements
Items must be:

unworn
-
unwashed
-
unused
-
with all original tags attached
-
free of makeup, deodorant marks, scents, pet hair, or any signs of wear
Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
Return Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless FOURGUNSDOWN provides a return label; in that case, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Refund Type
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit depending on what you select in the portal (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can fix it right away.
