Size chart is based on the most accurate sizing available. However, because the garments are through different manufacturers/wholesalers, there can be a size difference of .5inch-1inch. If the garment should run small/true to size/ large, it will be stated in the items description! Since ordering online if you don't know exactly where you are on the size chart can be a bit of a pain in the ass sometimes, you have 30 days to exchange/return as long as the original tags are still attached.
